Only if you have a reception to show it at. On a screen at the reception a sixty-second cut of that morning's ceremony genuinely works — relatives who could not attend see it, and everyone else sees it again while it is still the same evening.
Purely for Instagram, do not bother. A next-day reel costs less and looks better, because the editor is not fighting a deadline in a hotel corridor.
