We take a limited number of weddings each month. That is deliberate — it keeps editing on schedule instead of three months late.
Three crew as standard, four or more when functions overlap. Backup bodies come to every wedding, and no photos stay on a single card overnight. Lighting is ours, not the venue's.
November through February is the busiest stretch here, and Saturday dates go first. Two to three months ahead is sensible for peak season; off-season you have more room.
After the last function, every card is copied to two drives the same night. Editing begins the following week, and a teaser goes out while the family is still together.
