A brand activation has a shelf life measured in hours. Photographs delivered three days later have missed the entire point - by then the campaign has moved on and nobody is posting about a Saturday that already happened.
We edit a selected set during the event, not after it. By the time the activation winds down you have images ready to post, and the full gallery follows in the usual couple of weeks.
This only works if it is planned. Asking for it halfway through means someone stops shooting to start editing, and you lose coverage of the second half.
