Convocation Photographer for ISB Mohali

Direct answer: convocation and campus coverage from ₹10,000. Two cameras, robe portraits, batch groups, edited gallery. No travel charge in the Tricity. +91 8930997002.

A convocation is the least forgiving event we shoot. Every student gets about four seconds on stage, there are hundreds of them, and each one has a family in the audience who came for that exact moment. Miss it and there is nothing to go back to.

One Camera Never Moves

For the whole ceremony, one camera stays locked on the handover point on stage. It does not go for a better angle, it does not turn to catch something in the crowd. It sits there and gets every single student.

The second camera does everything else - the families, the waiting rows, the faces of the parents. Those are the photographs the institute uses and the ones families ask for. A single roaming photographer gives you neither reliably.

Before the Ceremony - A Short List

• ✔ Send the running order and the number of students
• ✔ Confirm where we may stand relative to the stage
• ✔ Tell us if robe portraits are wanted, and when there is time for them
• ✔ Give group sizes in advance so we plan the raised position
• ✔ Say whether images are needed the same day for press or social
• ✔ Confirm whether the hall lighting can be left as is

What You Get

• Every stage handover covered, not a sample
• Audience and family reactions
• Individual portraits in robes, properly lit
• Batch and department group photographs
• A selected set handed over the same day if needed
• Full edited gallery in two to three weeks
